De Anjerlaan in Almkerk laat zien hoe bij een eenvoudig renovatiewerk klimaatadaptatieve maatregelen meegenomen kunnen worden.
Bij deze renovatie zijn de bestrating, trottoirbanden en trottoirkolken vervangen. De bestaande groenvakken zijn verdiept aangelegd en voorzien van wadibanden om regenwater te infiltreren. Als de raingarden overvloedig regenwater niet kan opvangen, komt het water door stuwing automatisch in de nabijgelegen kolken terecht. De constructie van de parkeervakken naast de groenvakken is robuust door de toepassing van brede trottoirbanden die ook het uitstappen makkelijker maken.
Bij deze renovatie zijn de bestrating, trottoirbanden en trottoirkolken vervangen. De bestaande groenvakken zijn verdiept aangelegd en voorzien van wadibanden om regenwater te infiltreren. Als de raingarden overvloedig regenwater niet kan opvangen, komt het water door stuwing automatisch in de nabijgelegen kolken terecht. De constructie van de parkeervakken naast de groenvakken is robuust door de toepassing van brede trottoirbanden die ook het uitstappen makkelijker maken.
