Groenbestrating woontoren Leo Vroman
Over dit project
In opdracht van Woonpartners Midden-Holland uit Waddinxveen, werd een woontoren van 11 verdiepingen hoog gerealiseerd op de Springers locatie in Gouda Oost. De woontoren, vernoemd naar de wetenschapper en dichter Leo Vroman, bestaat uit 39 huurappartementen. Om zo min mogelijk te hoeven compenseren voor verhard oppervlak is het bijbehorende parkteerterrein grotendeels voorzien van groenbestrating.
De grootformaat betontegels Square (60x30x10 cm) lenen zich uitstekend voor grote openingen van 20x20 en 20x10 cm die veel water kunnen infiltreren en een overwegend groen beeld creëeren. Daarnaast kunnen de parkeervakken gemarkeerd worden door witte stenen 20x20x10 in het bestaande patroon in te haken. Dit alles zorgt voor een uiterst functioneel en robuust parkeerterrein.
