Een mix van appartementen, maisonnettes, herenhuizen en stadswoningen met variatie in oppervlakten, ligging en stijl, zijn verdeeld over twee woonblokken: De Bariton en De Sopraan. Het oogt als een architectonisch geheel met een gemeenschappelijke groene binnentuin als verbindende factor.
Gewichtsbesparing op het parkeerdak was essentieel en daarom waren zitelementen in een holle uitvoering een uitkomst voor de inrichting. De Solids & Seats zijn gemaakt van vezelversterkt beton, dus zonder stalen wapening. Ze worden geproduceerd met circa 47% minder beton in vergelijking met de reguliere zitelementen. Dit kan na het einde van de levensfase zonder problemen opnieuw worden hergebruikt. Over het hele volume bekeken hebben ze daardoor een lagere milieubelasting.
