Vernieuwde wijk met Hydro Lineo XL

Op een steenworp van het historische hart van Doornik transformeert het project Îlot Madame het voormalige bedrijfsterrein van TEI (Technique Electrique Industrielle) en het voormalige zwembad Madame tot een nieuw stedelijk eiland. L'Îlot Madame blaast de wijk nieuw leven in met een mix van functies. De buitenruimte wordt even belangrijk als de gebouwen zelf. De nieuwe gevels vormen een coherent geheel met de bestaande gebouwen, dankzij de verenigende groene buitenruimte, met een combinatie van waterdoorlatende en gesloten tegels uitgevoerd in Hydro Lineo XL.
